A microsite is a website that is separate from the main company website where businesses offer information on one particular activity, product or group of product or an event.

Microsites are ideal for short or temporary marketing campaigns where you need a unique design. They are small with unique URL’s, with contents that are rich in multimedia including flash games, videos and flash animations to promote a product or service. Microsites are ideal for Search Engine Marketing(SEM) campaigns because they are specific and focused to a product or service.
